Be yourself

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. He defined it pretty well. This is a message that you should read every day until it is so clear to you, that you won’t let that outside “noise” interfere with you being you.

I refuse to let others, or more importantly and more commonly, to let “life” establish how I would live my life. This is my time, my decade. It is always my year, my minute to be alive and to be me; to live the way I want to live. I might never arrive at my destination, but as long as I know that I am always moving forward, closer to getting there, and that I am doing what I can to achieve it, then I can accept my fate.

But how will you feel if you find out today that you are dying, while knowing that you didn’t try hard enough to live by your own terms, to live the way you wanted. What will you think, knowing that you let others/life determine how you lived and who you were, instead of being who you are?
